• The venue must be involved and supportive in the kiosk project if it is to be successful
• Most of the kiosks are, for security, connected to the internet and email via the Councils children’s network, with adsl connectivity for the remote venues.
• For the remote monitoring software to work you may need to have certain security restrictions changed on your network
• You should have a single contact point and person to provide the support between the kiosk company and yourselves
